Alicia was last seen on Nov. 25 between 8 and 10 a.m., when she left her Adam's Point Apartment on Merritt Ave. Two days later, her locked 2001 Honda Accord was located and towed away from the 5000 block of Park Blvd. in East Oakland. Inside were Alicia's cell phone, wallet and iPod. She has not been heard from since.
