Details:
On December 8, 1976, Andy told his mother he was hitch hiking to Sacramento to see his brother. He took a .357 magnum with him. His brother wasn't aware of Andy's planned visit and stated he never arrived. Andy has not been seen or heard from since. He may have had an undiagnosed mental health issue at the time of his disappearance.
