Details:
Cindy Sue Fawcett went on a motorcycle ride with 31-year-old James Collier. The two ended up in the
San Lorenzo Valley. After playing pool and visiting several bars, they headed back to the Friendly Fox in
Scotts Valley, where Fawcett worked as a bartender and where the two had met. From there they went
to James Collier's home. Later around 9:30 pm., James Collier dropped Cindy off at her vehicle which she
had left in the employee parking lot of the Friendly Fox.

The next morning her employer noticed her car still there and when she failed to arrive at work for her
scheduled bartending shift the employer contacted authorities. A missing persons report was filed.
Authorities found Cindy Fawcett's purse and driver's license still inside her vehicle.

James Collier has been questioned by the police and he is not considered to be a suspect her
disappearance.
