Date Missing: August 17, 2006 from Dunsmuir, Siskiyou County, California.
Date of Birth: March 13, 1963
Age at Disappearance: 43
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 175 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eye: Green
Race/Sex: White, Male

David has a long scar on the inside of his left arm, a large surgical scar down middle of chest from
open heart surgery and a scar on the left side of his neck, There is a small gap in David's upper
teeth.

Details:
On 8/17/06, David Knowles, who works as a driver for a Glenn County well drilling company drove to
the Sims Flat Campground where he met up with a couple of his friends. His girlfriend was supposed
to go along but didn't at the last minute.

Just before dark, David left the campsite to use one of the restroom facilities. He never returned. His
vehicle and personal belongings were still at the campsite but David was no where to be found. All
searches in the area have been unsuccesful in locating any clues to David's disappearance.
