Details:
Donald Tobin, who resided in the 3900 block of Redwood Drive, was reported missing on July 9, 2010, after not being seen for awhile. According to his partner, Donald had left to take some items to a storage facility and never returned. On July 11, 2010 Donald's vehicle was located in the parking lot of Carlson Dog Park at 4600 Mission Inn Ave. in Riverside. The vehicle was abandoned but personal items, along with the items he was said to be taking to storage, were found inside. There has been no cell phone or bank activity since July 8 and Donald's paycheck has gone unclaimed.
