Evan normally wears shirts with the sleeves rolled up and blue jeans. His hair is curly and he may
have a red colored birthmark on neck.

Details:
Evan was last seen on Cedar Ave., in Long Beach at an apartment building he owned. His
two-door Datsun, was found abandoned and stripped several blocks away. Someone had taken
Evan's mail and used the information to forge his signature and access his bank accounts.
