Fred was last seen wearing a white jacket with a Los Angeles Lakers logo on the back; cream colored pants,
white sandals with white socks and a white canvas hat.
He wears full dentures, has dark-colored spots on his face and has a surgical scar on his chest. He is a
diabetic and needs medication.

Details:
Godofredo "Fred" Masangya was seen leaving his family's residence near Santa Olivia Road and Telegraph
Canyon Road to walk to a bus stop. He had planned to ride a Route 704 bus at about 4:30 p.m. to a bank at
Third and H streets. It is unknown if he ever made it on to the bus, and since his disappearance, there hasn't
been any activity on his bank account.
