Description at Time of Disappearance:

Date Missing: June 4, 1997 from McCloud, Siskiyou County, California.
Date of Birth: October 11, 1981
Age at Disappearance: 15
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 120 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Race/Sex White, Female

Hannah was last seen wearing a green and white checked shirt with daisy buttons, gray sweatshirt, Jeans
and black canvas, "Vans" brand tennis shoes with a white "V" on the sides.
She has a birthmark behind her right ear and a scar near her right eye from the Chicken Pox.
Her upper left front tooth is chipped and she has pierced ears and her hair is sometimes dyed black.

Details:
Hannah was last seen leaving an apartment complex where her boyfriend lived at 10:30 PM. She was
planning to walk one block away at Minnesota Ave. near Shasta Ave. to her home, but never made it.
Police initially thought she was a runaway but a profile of Hannah was compiled by the FBI and after
interviews with friends and family, official were convinced she may have met with foul play

Another woman, Karin Mero 27, had disappeared 4 months earlier from the same area.
She was last seen at the East Minnesota Avenue home of Deborah and Ed Henline Sr.
Karen had been living at the Henline home with her boyfriend, Ed Henline Jr. and reportedly Hannah was
last seen about 10 p.m. near the same home when she disappeared.

The Henlines were questioned and their home was searched by sheriff's detectives, FBI agents and
body-hunting experts, but no one was declared a suspect in the disappearances.
Both cases remain unsolved.
