left arm. He may also have full sleeve tattoos on both arms.

Details:
Sometime around September 26th 2003, James Butler's father, Michael Butler, received a call from an
unknown male who told him his son had been shot and his body left burning in a vehicle. No incidents of this
nature were ever found or reported and James remains missing. Officials report that James is a wanted
felon; however they do not believe this has anything to do with his disappearance.
