James was last seen wearing a white button down shirt under a tan sweater, a brown zip up jacket, white pants and brown dress shoes. He has previous fractures of his right arm and collarbone. He has a skin discoloration on his left knee and a scar over his eyebrow.
Details:
James went missing on October 12, 1981 after leaving his parents residence in Cherry Hill, NJ. James stated he was going to pick up his brother but never arrived. The vehicle James was driving was recovered on October 18, 1981 at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Airport. He had $1100.00 cash on him at the time he disappeared. Reportedly, James was spotted sometime in 1983 in San Francisco, CA.
