Date Missing: December 26, 1995 from Union, Franklin County, Missouri.
Date of Birth: February 16, 1981
Age at Disappearance: 14
Height:5'5"
Weight: 160 lbs
Hair: brown
Eyes: Hazel

Dental records and DNA available.
Jessica was last seen wearing green jeans, a green leather jacket, black tennis shoes and a sweatshirt. She had a green scrunchy pony tail holder in her hair. She has scars on the inside of her left arm, wears eyeglasses and has pierced ears.
Details:
Jessica was seen entering the Dollar Inn Motel in n Cloverdale, Indiana with two males, Jimmy Hopkins and Mark Henderson. Reportedly, On December 27th, Jimmy Hopkins stole the vehicle owned by Mark Henderson and left with Jessica. Almost 2 weeks later the vehicle was found abandoned in Compton, California.
Detectives learned that Jimmy Hopkins had worked at an ice cream shop not far from there.
The people there remembered seeing a girl matching Jessica's description with him. No one has seen or heard from Jessica since.
In April of 1996, Hopkins returned to Missouri alone. Police say Jimmy Hopkins gave everone different accounts of where Jessica was, including one story that she was living with a man named Capone in California. On April 12, 2008. Police say Jimmy Hopkins shot and killed his wife, then fatally shot himself.
