On may 7, 1999, Ms. Illerich left her family home in Knights Landing, California (near Woodland), between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm. Ms. Illerich has not been seen since. She is believed to be emotionally unstable and it is feared she may commit suicide. She may have gone to a familiar place such as the area of Bucks Lake (near Quincy), Feather River Canyon, Point Reyes or Sacramento, California.
