Details:
Jovita Collazo told her daughter was that she was going out to buy some beer. She never returned. Her live-in boyfriend Michael Eugene Richardson told National City police he kicked her out of their apartment after they'd been drinking and arguing. Richardson is accused of killing his wife and mother-in-law in 2010. Prosecutors now believe he also killed Jovita in April 1992 and have charged him in her murder as well. Jovita's body has never been located.
