Race/Sex: White, Male.
Loy was last seen wearing a white T-shirt underneath a long sleeve, button-up, shirt, khaki pants and black leather, lace-up shoes. Loy wears dentures, has are age spots on his face and he walks with a limp due to gout. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease several months earlier.
Details:
Loy was last seen on June 2, 1998. His wife had returned home from running errands and found the door open and Loy gone. Despite numerous searches of the area he was not located. Loy frequently spoke of going back to California where he once lived. He may have been confused and tried to find a way to get there.
