Lynsie was last seen wearing jeans, a blue jacket, and white tennis shoes. She also had on her gold link
bracelet. She usually wears glasses, but didn't have them with her.
She has a scar on her neck from a tracheotomy, partial paralysis of left arm, her left foot is two sizes
smaller than her right foot and she walks with a 'concentrated' stance as the result of automobile accident
injuries in 1990. She has a small scar under her right eye and two round scars on the back of her neck
from bed sores that she received during her recovery.

Details:
Lynsie left home with three friends, 2 females and one male, on the evening of February 15th, 2001 to
attend a party in San Diego. After the party they arrived back to Placentia between 3:30 - 4:30 am the
morning of the 16th. The male friend dropped the other two females off first and then drove Lynsie home.
Lynsie reportedly asked her male friend to drop her off a couple houses away so that she wouldn't wake
her mother by coming in at such a late hour. The male friend stated he watched Lynsie walk towards her
house before he drove off. Lynsie never made it to her house and she hasn't been seen since.
