Details:
Mark was seen leaving the Barstow Wal-Mart parking lot in a maroon colored sedan with his friend Joseph Riley, Joseph's dog, and a third unknown individual. Mark's roommate told police that Mark had a large amount of cash on him and that he had left to buy a vehicle.
The two men have never been seen again. Authorities believe that they may have been murdered as the result of a drug transaction, and their bodies buried in the Mojave Desert.
