Details:
Mike, a freshman at UCLA, lived on the sixth floor of Dykstra Hall dormitory on campus. He had been playing an online computer game with a friend until about 4:00 a.m. Mike's roommate awoke at 9:00 a.m. and discovered Mike was gone. Due to these circumstances, it is believed that he went missing between 4:00am and 9:00am on Dec. 10, 1999. All of his personal belongings were left in his room.
Search dogs tracked Mike's scent to Sunset Boulevard and Bellagio Street in Los Angeles, no other evidence was ever located. It was reported that an unidentified white man had been seen inside Dykstra Hall at
4:35 a.m. on December 10th. The man has never been located for questioning; it is unknown if he is connected to Mike's disappearance.
