Details:
Mitch, who traveled through numerous states working odd jobs, hitched a ride with a friends Dad out of Clinton, Oklahoma en route to California. The friends father said that when they stopped for the night in Indio, California, Mitch left the motel room and never returned.
Mitch was said to be involved with drugs and considered himself anti-establishment. His family became worried after not receiving post cards that he regularly sent from his travels, or any other form of contact from him.
