Details:
Rochelle, who was a trained paralegal, left her home in San Diego, California on July 12, 1986, to visit some friends in Phoenix, Arizona, where she grew up. The next day, one of her friends told authorities that he dropped Rochelle off at the Greyhound Bus Station to return home to San Diego. She has not been seen or heard from since. Rochelle, was supposed to start a new job on July 14th but never showed up. Police suspect foul play.
