Details:
Ron was had been upset and was last seen hitchhiking down Interstate 5 after learning he had a father different from his siblings. Because he left on his own, his family didn't report him missing until February 1979, when they hadn't heard from him.
Ron was a Saugus High School football player, and although he was a typical troubled 19-year-old, there was no reason for him to stay gone for so long. He had been looking forward to being in his Sister's upcoming wedding, and then joining the Job Corp.
