Tim has a port wine birthmark on the side of his face and a skin graft scar on the side of his nose, and behind his ear. He was being treated for chronic heart and kidney problems and needs medication.

Tim was last seen about 2 p.m. on March 28, 2004 after he parked his vehicle in the driveway of his home in the 29100 block of Garden Oaks Court. He was last seen by neighbors walking south on Daylight Dr. away from his residence. Tim was said to be suffering from depression.
