Toby wore his hair long. He has a tattoo on his back with the Words "In Loving Memory Lenny"
and another on his right arm of a Tasmanian Devil and the words "Back Off".

Toby was last seen in at approximately 4:00pm at his residence on Perry Creek Rd. in Somerset,
California. He is possibly driving a 1984-88 Silver Buick Regal with unknown license plate number.
Reportedly this is very uncharacteristic of him, he usually stays in constant contact with his
family.
