Tom was last seen wearing a tan sweater and brown corduroy pants, tennis shoes and a gold
colored watch. DNA is available

Details:
Tom was last seen on December 5, 1979 in Palmdale, CA. leaving his girlfriends home.
Evidence showed he arrived at his apartment that night.

He was driving his dark green Firebird Trans Am with Nevada plates. The car was pulled over
2 wks. later coming back into California from Nevada. It was being driven by another man,
Craig Moore. In the car the police found a handgun under the driver's seat and Tom's jacket
in the trunk. The pink slip to the car showed it had been signed over to Craig by Tom.

Craig Moore was arrested and held for about 2 weeks, but with no evidence to go on
investigators had to release him. Craig is still considered a suspect in Tom's disappearance.
