Details:
Toni's car stalled on the Bay Bridge, and it was hit from behind by another motorist. Police believe Toni may have been in front of her vehicle when it was struck, and that she was thrown into the water below. Coast Guard rescuers began searching within minutes of the collision but could not find her body.
