Toni was last seen wearing a black tube top with lace, black linen shorts, blue jean jacket and white
shoes. Her ears are pierced and she was wearing a gold ring. She has gaps between her teeth and a
mole on her left calf. Her Dental X-Rays are available.

Details:
Toni's car stalled on the Bay Bridge, and it was hit from behind by another motorist. Police believe
Toni may have been in front of her vehicle when it was struck, and that she was thrown into the
water below. Coast Guard rescuers began searching within minutes of the collision but could not find
her body.
Some witnesses saw a man looking under the hood of the car prior to Toni's disappearance. Others
saw a man walking away from the vehicle. No one actually saw Toni go over the railing and she has
not been seen since.
