Vernon was last known to be wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, black athletic shoes and a black coat. He was carrying a blue and black duffle bag. Vernon has a tattoo of the Tasmanian devil cartoon character on the back side of his shoulder, and a pierced left ear.

Details:
Vernon left the Greyhound Bus Station located on 18th and F St. in Bakersfield, CA. He was en route to Corpus Christi, TX. The bus was first to have stopped in Carlsbad, NM. It is unknown if he got off the bus there or continued on to Texas. He has not been seen or heard from since.
